YOU NO LONGER NEED TO PURCHASE A SEPERATE LICENSE!

My current CU TOU DOES NOT cover my products being resold as crafty items on-line, due to the fact buyers can use them commercially and my license only covers them for personal use. After numerous requests I now have a 'crafty License' available for all your crafting needs :) The terms are as follows...

This License is NOT for DIGITAL SCRAP-BOOKING use.

By purchasing scripts or templates you are obtaining a license to use these graphic images and agree to ALL the terms listed below. These terms are created solely for printable crafter and card sheet makers.

Terms of use, please read completely before using the items.

For use with COMMERCIAL USE ITEMS ONLY:

This license enables you to create craft printables and greeting cards for re-sale at approved* crafty/printable sites. You May re-sell your created craft and greeting card sheet products for personal and/or commercial use.

PROHIBITED USES:

NONE Of my items can be used for obscene, defamatory, or immoral works or any other purpose which is prohibited by law.

If you are unsure in anyway about your usage, or it is not listed don't assume its allowed, please contact me at ppsscripts@googlemail.com outlining your use.


YOU MAY NOT:

1) Claim any part of my product as your own, altered or as is.
2) Lend share or otherwise distribute my products,
3) post copies of my products any where that is accesible by others.
4) Make any altered or otherwise into patterns, styles, tubes, brushes, templates or scripts, grey scale or otherwise and redistribute them in any way, freebies included.
5) Use selections, patterns, textures, tubes or any other item included in my scripts or templates that are specifically designed for use with that items in any other projects.


Credits:
Credits must be given, Pink's Poetic Scraps, in all your product descriptions, on all printable cards or craft making sheets created using my items (where possible) and included in your TOU or credits that are included in your download. If you have a blog or web site you must add my blinkie to it.
